EVENTS: salons
Intended to build generational wealth, health, and power among womxn and girls of color in the American South, the Women’s Foundation of the South kicked off its first virtual salon event on March 18, 2021.
WFS’s Salon events feature enlightening round-table discussions with luminaries and pioneers in female philanthropy. These remarkable philanthropic leaders – pioneers at the forefront of improving futures for women and girls in the South – discuss what it really means to put women of color, working on behalf of women and girls of color, at the center of grant-making and investment.
